King's Energy utilizes an efficient assembly line operations system to service and repair all relief valves. The operations go through several stages in order to maintain a high quality assurance program.

  1. Receiving & Dismantling
All valves are given a visual inspection observing the general condition recording any identification numbers, make, model, serial number, and abnormalities. After all proper safety precautions have been taken the valve will be dismantled in accordance with manufacture’s recommendations.
  2. Reconditioning and Replacement of Parts
Components are inspected, and measured to the standard specified by each manufacture. Parts are either reconditioned to manufactured specifications or replaced using OEM manufactured parts.
  3. Assembly& Testing
Special care is taken to properly assemble each valve using quality OEM manufactured parts. After assembly, each valve is tested on one of five test benches to its appropriate PSI range and sealed according to industry regulations.
