Learning and Connecting at the WorkFirst Alberta Summit
Our Facilitator of Teams & Culture and a member of our Communications team attended Day One of the WorkFirst Alberta Summit. They joined employers, service providers, industry leaders and community organizations for important conversations about Alberta’s workforce.
The sessions explored the changing workforce landscape, the importance of creating workplaces that recognize minds of all kinds, the impact of second chances, and how employers can help turn opportunity into meaningful employment. Our team also connected with fellow attendees, explored the job fair and learned more about the resources available to employers across the province.
It was a valuable day of learning, networking and gaining new perspectives that our team can carry forward. We’re proud to support opportunities that encourage growth, strengthen workplace culture and help build a more inclusive workforce.
